Aaura Beauty Return Policy:
- If your item is damaged or defective please send us a image within the first 2-3 hours you receive it and we may be able to offer a refund or replace it depending on the damage.
- If the item has been opened we do not accept refunds for health and safety reasons.
- We do not accept free shipping for returns, you will have to pay for the shipping & packaging to return the product and once we receive it you will be given a full refund after we evaluate the product. Please note if the product is in-tact and is in good condition you will not be refunded & we will keep the item.
